Soloists Elinor Rolfe Johnson - Soprano

Elinor Rolfe Johnson joined us for our last performance of the B Minor Mass in 2016 and more recently for Handel’s Israel in Egypt. Nathan Vale last joined us in 2017 for our most recent Christmas Oratorio concert.

Tom Lilburn is an exciting young artist who recently graduated with distinction from the Master of Performance course at the Royal College of Music. A Lay Clerk at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, Tom was one of the four marvellous singers at the funeral of HRH The Duke Edinburgh in April 2021.

Another talented young singer, British baritone Jerome Knox, won the London Handel Singing Competition in 2020. Born in London, he is a graduate of the Alexander Gibson Opera School at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where he was the inaugural Gleneagles scholar. He previously trained at the Royal College of Music, London, and read Classical Studies at Edinburgh University.
